Media Design & Printing

It is part of our services promoting businesses using printed media as well such as leaflets and flyers.
 

We always want to offer our clients a higher quality design & print. Higher quality printing may look like a bit expensive but you know they are the cheapest in the long run!
 

For different specifications we can offer you printing services. If you are interested, then you may request us for a custom price quote.

You may make a request for a price quote from us for your printing / designing or both need(s) by sending us your brief.
 

Depending on the type of work and scope we may either opt to charge you at hourly rate or project basis. After evaluating your requirements we will let you know in our proposal. Once you agree to our proposal you will have to digitally sign an agreement and pay an advance payment of 50% (in most cases) for us to initiate our work. And the balance will be requested prior to deliver the project deliverable depending on the type of work involved.
 

We offer three chances to review and update changes with your content in the design prior to delivery. (But we are very flexible in most cases.)

  1. You will send us your initial brief for us to assess your need.
     

  2. We'll get in touch with you within 48 hrs to fix an appointment for our consultation. We can arrange a formal meeting at your convenience, either to meet in person or have a chat on skype (ID: george24x7).
     

  3. In the meeting, we'll discuss your various requirements in detail and we shall suggest you a list of possible options. Upon your request, we shall agree to prepare a proposal to your project.
     

  4. We'll fix an appointment once again to discuss our proposal to you. Here, you'll come to know what you would receive from us, when and for how much.
     

  5. If you are happy with our proposal and approve to go ahead, then we'll sign a "Project Contract" and start working on your project. If you still want to negotiate anything, we shall still work it out positively.
     

  6. Then upon receiving 50% of payment in advance, we shall initiate our work. Throughout the project life-cycle, we'll communicate to you of the project status. Then we'll try our best to complete our set targets and deliver your project on time.
